Local delivery is currently available up to a 20 km radius. Orders outside this area will need to use an available domestic or international shipping option where applicable.

Local delivery timeframes

Local delivery timeframes will be communicated to the customer following order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, availability, weekends, public holidays, traffic, weather and other circumstances outside Luma Collectibles’ reasonable control.

Where possible, customers will receive confirmation when their order has been scheduled for delivery.

3. Domestic Australian Delivery

Luma Collectibles currently offers Express Post delivery within Australia.

Minimum order

A minimum order of $50 AUD applies.

Delivery service

Domestic orders are generally shipped using Australia Post Express services and appropriately sized padded satchels or other suitable packaging.

Our standard packaging options generally range from Extra Small through Medium Australia Post padded satchels, depending on the size and weight of the order.

Shipping cost

Domestic postage is weight-based and carrier-calculated.

Individual booster packs can vary considerably in weight, generally ranging from approximately 7 g–20 g per pack, meaning many smaller orders will remain within the same Australia Post weight bracket.

As a general guide, customers should expect domestic Express shipping to cost approximately:

$13.20–$15.00 AUD

This is an estimate only and is not a fixed shipping price. The final shipping charge may vary according to the total weight, dimensions, packaging requirements, destination and carrier charges applicable at the time of dispatch.

Where the calculated postage differs from an estimate, the actual applicable shipping charge will apply.

Domestic delivery timeframe

Australia Post Express delivery is generally expected to arrive within approximately 1 business day for many metropolitan locations, subject to the destination and Australia Post’s service network.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Luma Collectibles.

Delays may occur due to circumstances including:

  • weekends and public holidays
  • severe weather
  • transport disruptions
  • peak periods
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • remote or regional destinations
  • carrier processing delays
  • circumstances outside Luma Collectibles’ reasonable control.

4. International Delivery

Luma Collectibles currently ships internationally to:

  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand
  • 🇨🇳 China
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
  • 🇮🇪 Ireland
  • 🇺🇸 United States

International shipping availability may change where carrier restrictions, customs requirements, government regulations or other circumstances prevent us from safely or legally shipping to a particular destination.

Minimum order

A minimum order of $50 AUD applies to international delivery.

International shipping options

Depending on the destination and available carrier services, customers may be offered:

  • International Standard
  • International Express

Shipping costs vary according to:

  • destination country
  • parcel weight
  • parcel dimensions
  • shipping service selected
  • carrier charges
  • applicable surcharges
  • packaging requirements.

International shipping prices will therefore be calculated according to the applicable carrier rate rather than being a single fixed worldwide shipping price.

Australia Post currently lists International Express and International Standard services with tracking, with indicative delivery speeds of approximately 3–6 business days for Express and 5–10 business days for Standard, subject to destination and circumstances affecting the postal network. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Luma Collectibles will endeavour to process and dispatch paid orders as promptly as reasonably possible.

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch after payment has been successfully received and the order has been verified.

Customers should allow reasonable processing time before the carrier’s delivery timeframe begins.

The delivery timeframe provided by the carrier starts once the parcel has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

During periods of unusually high order volume, product launches, promotions, sales, public holidays or other busy periods, dispatch may take longer than usual.

If a significant delay is expected, Luma Collectibles will endeavour to communicate this to affected customers.

6. Tracking

Where the selected delivery service provides tracking, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been lodged with the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and ensure that their delivery address and contact details are correct before placing an order.

Once a parcel has entered the carrier’s network, delivery scans and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the carrier.

7. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders are sent from Australia and may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, tariffs, clearance charges, brokerage fees, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier, unless Luma Collectibles expressly states otherwise at checkout.

These charges are not included in Luma Collectibles’ shipping fee unless specifically stated.

Luma Collectibles cannot guarantee the amount of any customs or import charges because these are determined by the destination country’s authorities and/or carrier.

Australia Post confirms that destination countries determine whether duties, taxes and import customs-clearance fees are payable by the recipient.

Customers should check their country’s current import requirements before placing an international order.

8. Customs Declarations

All international parcels will be declared accurately and honestly in accordance with applicable Australian export requirements, carrier requirements and destination-country customs requirements.

International parcels require the relevant customs declaration. Australia Post requires customs declarations for international parcels, including CN22 or CN23 declarations depending on the service and shipment. (Australia Post)

Luma Collectibles will not:

  • deliberately undervalue merchandise;
  • falsely describe merchandise;
  • falsely declare an order as a gift;
  • falsify customs information; or
  • request that a customer provide inaccurate customs information.

Goods purchased from Luma Collectibles remain commercial merchandise for customs purposes even where they are intended as a gift by the customer.

Australia Post specifically states that goods sent by a business to a private individual are not considered a gift merely because they are intended as a freebie, prize or promotional item. (Australia Post)

9. Destination-Country Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order can legally be imported into their destination country.

Different countries may have different requirements regarding:

  • imported goods;
  • product categories;
  • value thresholds;
  • customs declarations;
  • taxes and duties;
  • prohibited or restricted products;
  • identification requirements;
  • import permits or licences;
  • customs clearance;
  • intellectual property;
  • quantity restrictions.

Luma Collectibles will comply with Australian export and carrier requirements but cannot guarantee that a particular product will be accepted by the customs authority of every destination.

Australia Post recommends checking destination-specific restrictions before sending international parcels because individual countries can impose their own restrictions on what may be imported. (Australia Post)

10. Important International Destination Information

New Zealand

New Zealand Customs may apply GST, duty and other import-related charges depending on the circumstances and value of an import.

New Zealand currently has specific rules for imported goods, including different treatment for consignments above and below NZ$1,000 and applicable goods-management levies. (Customs New Zealand)

Any applicable New Zealand import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly included in the shipping price.

United Kingdom

UK customers may be required to pay VAT, customs duty and/or carrier charges depending on the order and its value.

For goods imported into Great Britain, UK Government guidance currently provides different treatment depending on whether the goods are worth £135 or less or more than £135. (GOV.UK)

UK customers are responsible for any applicable import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Ireland

Irish customers should be aware that importing goods from outside the European Union can result in VAT, customs duty and other charges.

From 1 July 2026, Ireland introduced a €3 customs duty per distinct item for many e-commerce packages valued at €150 or less. From 1 November 2026, the EU is also introducing a €2 Union Handling Fee per distinct item for relevant e-commerce goods entering from outside the EU. (Revenue)

These charges may be collected at checkout or by the carrier/customs authority on arrival, depending on the applicable arrangements.

Customers in Ireland are responsible for applicable import charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

United States

Customers in the United States should be aware that US import requirements and tariffs have changed significantly.

The United States suspended the former general duty-free de minimis treatment for many shipments valued at or below US$800 from 29 August 2025. International postal shipments may therefore be subject to applicable duties, tariffs, taxes and fees. (CBP Help Center)

US customers are responsible for applicable import charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

China

Customers in China are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into China and for complying with applicable Chinese customs requirements.

China Customs maintains specific rules governing personal postal articles and imported goods, and customs may inspect, hold or refuse goods where applicable requirements are not met. (Customs.gov.cn)

Luma Collectibles cannot guarantee customs clearance for individual shipments.

11. Customs Delays & Returned Parcels

International parcels may be delayed while undergoing customs inspection or clearance.

Luma Collectibles has no control over the processing time of a destination country’s customs authority.

Where a parcel is held by customs because the recipient is required to provide information, documentation or payment, the customer is responsible for responding to the relevant authority or carrier.

If an international parcel is returned to Luma Collectibles because:

  • the recipient refused to pay applicable duties or taxes;
  • the recipient failed to respond to customs or carrier requests;
  • the address was incorrect or incomplete;
  • the parcel was refused;
  • the parcel could not legally be imported; or
  • the parcel could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient,

additional postage or return costs may apply before Luma Collectibles can resend the order.

Any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with Luma Collectibles’ Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

This includes:

  • recipient name;
  • street address;
  • suburb/city;
  • state/province where applicable;
  • postcode/ZIP code;
  • country;
  • apartment/unit number where applicable; and
  • any other information required for delivery.

Luma Collectibles should be contacted as soon as possible if an address has been entered incorrectly.

If an order has already been dispatched, Luma Collectibles may be unable to amend the delivery address.

Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.

This does not affect any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order appears to be delayed, lost or damaged during transit, please contact Luma Collectibles as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking information where available.

We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the issue.

Customers should retain:

  • the original packaging;
  • photographs of damaged packaging;
  • photographs of damaged products; and
  • any relevant tracking or delivery information.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged, Luma Collectibles will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable carrier terms and the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes provided by Luma Collectibles or the carrier are estimates only.

Estimated delivery times can be affected by:

  • weekends and public holidays;
  • weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • peak periods;
  • carrier delays;
  • customs processing;
  • incorrect addresses;
  • remote destinations;
  • transport disruptions;
  • government restrictions; and
  • other circumstances outside Luma Collectibles’ reasonable control.

Luma Collectibles does not guarantee that an order will arrive by a particular date unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly agreed to in writing.

Where a product or service is not supplied within the agreed timeframe or within a reasonable time, Australian Consumer Law may provide the customer with remedies. (ACCC)

15. Packaging & Protection

Luma Collectibles takes reasonable care when preparing orders for transport.

TCG products are packaged with consideration for their size, weight and susceptibility to damage during transit.

Packaging may include appropriate satchels, boxes, protective materials and card protection where reasonably necessary for the products ordered.

Packaging requirements may vary depending on the type and quantity of products purchased.

16. Shipping Restrictions

Luma Collectibles reserves the right to decline or cancel a delivery request where:

  • the destination is not currently serviceable;
  • the carrier will not accept the goods;
  • the destination country’s laws prohibit the shipment;
  • required customs information cannot be provided;
  • the order cannot be safely or legally transported; or
  • shipping becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Luma Collectibles’ reasonable control.

Where an order cannot legally or reasonably be fulfilled, Luma Collectibles will contact the customer regarding the available options.

17. Customer Responsibility for International Orders

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges that:

  1. The order is being shipped from Australia.
  2. Their destination country may impose import taxes, duties, tariffs, fees or other charges.
  3. They are responsible for complying with applicable destination-country import requirements.
  4. Customs authorities may inspect their parcel.
  5. Customs processing may delay delivery.
  6. Luma Collectibles cannot guarantee the amount or timing of destination-country customs charges.
  7. The customer may be required to provide information or documentation to customs or the carrier.
  8. Refusing to pay applicable import charges may result in the parcel being delayed or returned.

18. Australian Consumer Law

Luma Collectibles operates in Australia and recognises the rights and protections provided to Australian consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible consumer purchases and cannot be removed by a business’s terms or policies. (ACCC)

Where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, the customer may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances. (ACCC)
